Job summary

Fusion People are recruiting for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join the Manchester commercial team. You will oversee cost reporting, valuations, tender analyses and NEC/JCT documentation across multiple projects in a high‑performing environment.

Ideal candidates will have proven QS experience with M&E exposure, strong numerical and communication skills, and a degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. Hybrid working and clear progression opportunities are offered.

• Cost reporting – Prepare detailed cost plans, forecasts, and financial updates.
• Measurement & BOQs – Produce accurate quantities and tender documentation.
• Procurement – Assess subcontractor quotations and lead tender analyses.
• Valuations & variations – Manage monthly valuations, change control, and variation assessments.
• Contract administration – Oversee NEC/JCT documentation and ensure commercial compliance.
• Stakeholder coordination – Work closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to support smooth project delivery.

This role is ideal for someone confident in cost management who's ready to take ownership of key commercial duties and progress within a high‑performing environment.
