Job summary

Fawkes & Reece are recruiting an established M&E Quantity Surveyor for a Berkshire / Central London role with a leading Tier 1 M&E contractor. £85-90k salary + £6k car/allowance is on offer.

You will work on NEC4 Design & Build contracts, manage pre and post‑contract activities for packages up to £30M, ensuring value, commercial viability and best practice in collaboration with contractors and the internal team.

Qualifications

• Experience of M&E quantity surveying within Building Services.
• Proven ability managing packages up to £30M.
• NEC4 Design & Build contract knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre and post contract activities for M&E packages.
• Ensure commercial viability, value and best practice on projects.
• Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to deliver on time and to budget.

Are you an established M&E Quantity Surveyor with a proven background of experience working within the Building Services and M&E sector.
Office based in Central London, would you relish the opportunity to join an established team working with one of the UK's most prestigious Tier One Main contractors?
Your background and experience, together with an industry recognised qualification, will be well rewarded for working hard on a variety of M&E packages of up to £30M.Working with contractors and extensive knowledge of NEC4 Design and Build contracts would be advantageous as would experience of Pre and post contract strategies through conception to final account handover ensuring added value, compliance, commercial viability, and best practice at all times.
