My client is a leading provider of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) solutions for high-rise and low-rise residential developments across the UK.

They are seeking an experienced Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Quantity Surveyor to join their team for a site-based role in Manchester city centre. This position focuses on the delivery of projects with MEP values ranging from £12m to £26m, where the projects are already secured.
