Evolve Talent Search Ltd is recruiting for an M&E Project Supervisor to join a prestigious financial services contract in Canary Wharf. The role oversees small-scale projects, manages contractors, RAMS, permits and safety, with regular client engagement and coordination with engineering teams.

Based in Canary Wharf, the position offers Monday–Friday on-site work, a strong building services focus, and long-term career opportunities within a leading FM provider.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified with a strong building services background.
• Around 6 years’ experience within building services or facilities management.
• Experience supervising contractors and working with supply chain partners.
• Good knowledge of permits, RAMS and Health & Safety

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractors and third-party suppliers carrying out project works.
• Act as the first contact for project-related works, inspections and surveys.
• Manage permits, isolations, RAMS and Health & Safety requirements.
• Conduct site walk-rounds, inspections and identify project snags.
• Coordinate engineering attendance and contractor access.
• Ensure project and handover documentation is completed.
• Support client communication and provide project updates

M&E Project Supervisor, Canary Wharf

£50,000–£55,000 | Monday to Friday

We’re hiring for an M&E Project Supervisor to join the engineering and projects team on a prestigious financial services contract in Canary Wharf.

The M&E Project Supervisor will oversee small-scale projects and planned works across the site, managing contractors, permits, RAMS, Health & Safety and project delivery from start through to handover. The role will also involve regular client engagement and coordination with engineering teams.
