Job summary

O is seeking an experienced M&E Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor delivering major new build and refurbishment schemes across East and Central London. Projects range from £80m to £250m in data centres, life sciences, logistics and offices.

Rate £450–£500/day outside IR35 or £70k–£100k DOE; start ASAP; contract options available. Role offers stability, progression, and the chance to take ownership of high-profile schemes with immediate joining.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years’ post-degree experience within a main contractor or M&E subcontractor.
• Proven track record managing complex, large-scale projects through to completion.
• Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills.
• Experience with procurement and post-contract commercial duties.

The projects range in scale from £80m to £250m, spanning sectors such as data centres, life sciences, logistics, and commercial office buildings. This position offers stability, progression, and the chance to play a key role on high-profile schemes.
