Job Description

M&E Project Manager - Healthcare

Lincolnshire Area (Remote)

Up to £55,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in M&E or construction environments? We’re hiring on behalf of a leading UK-based manufacturer and technology provider for a remote Project Manager role in their growing healthcare division.

You'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge medical containment and nurse call systems across NHS and private healthcare settings — from scoping and planning through to on-site delivery and client handover. This role involves liaising with multiple stakeholders, managing install teams, and ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction at every stage.

What you’ll need:

  • Must have project management experience in M&E or similar install environments, ideally in the healthcare sector
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and construction site protocols
  • Hands-on experience with network or electrical installs (desirable but not essential)
  • Familiarity with contract management, technical drawings, and risk assessments

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about improving patient safety and experience through smart technology, we’d love to hear from you.
