A company in high-end construction is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of a luxury residential project in Wandsworth. The ideal candidate will possess relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications, hold an SMSTS or SSSTS certification, and have a proven track record in managing projects within the high-end residential sector. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.

Overview

M&E Project Manager required on a high end residential project.

OHUK are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of a luxury residential project in the Wandsworth area. The successful candidate will have a background of either an electrical or mechanical bias but be knowledable on both & previous experience managing projects within the high end residential sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of high-value MEP packages on prestigious residential projects
  • Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Oversee planning, programming, procurement, and resource allocation
  • Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and company standards
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management to provide progress updates
  • Monitor project performance, budgets, and deadlines, ensuring contractual obligations are met
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Requirements
  • Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications (NVQ, HNC, HND, degree, or equivalent)
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification (essential)
  • Proven track record of managing MEP projects, ideally within the high-end residential sector
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
