Job Description:

We are seeking a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to work at a commercial building in Peckham. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in commercial building maintenance, with qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (C&G / NVQ level 2 & 3). This role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, emergency callouts, and working independently on-site, responsible for all landlord services.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Respond to emergency callouts
  • Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, and lighting systems
  • Maintenance duties on toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks
  • Fault find and demonstrate knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems
  • Lamp changes and emergency light testing
Requirements:
  • City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation
  • City and Guilds Mechanical Qualifications
  • Experience in commercial building maintenance
