Position: M&E Mobile Engineer – East London

Location: Stratford & Canary Wharf

Salary: £41,000 + Plenty of Overtime

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM – 5PM

Are you a Mobile Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a rapidly growing Facilities Maintenance provider?

PRS Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to perform planned and reactive commercial maintenance across two Retail Contracts located in Stratford and Canary Wharf. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role is suitable for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer seeking progression. The company offers a competitive salary up to £41,000 and opportunities for career advancement.

Duties:

• Carrying out daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
• Handling emergency callouts
• Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, and lighting systems
• Maintenance tasks involving toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks
• Demonstrating knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems, with fault-finding skills
• Lamp replacements
• Emergency light testing

Requirements:

• City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation
• 17th and 18th Edition wiring regulations
• Experience as a Mobile Engineer is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in Commercial Building Maintenance
