Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract (JCT/NEC).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Full UK driving licence (for site visits).

Salary: 45,000- 60,000 + Excellent Package

We are a well-established and highly regarded pipework contractor with a strong presence in the mechanical & electrical (M&E) sector, delivering high-quality projects across London and the South East. With a turnover of 20 million and a growing pipeline of work, we are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Central London.

The Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the financial management of multiple live projects, working from our Central London office with regular site visits. You'll be part of a collaborative commercial team, reporting to the Commercial Manager and working closely with project delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and managing project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans

  • Procurement of subcontractors and supplier packages

  • Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts

  • Supporting project delivery with accurate financial reporting

  • Ensuring all commercial activities comply with contractual and company standards

  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective delivery
