Job Description:

This is a full time role for a M&E Manager located in Coleman St. Our client is contribute to the continued growth of Singapore’s construction industry. This role oversees all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works, ensuring timely completion in line with safety standards and project requirements. It involves coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, leading the site team, resolving technical issues, and ensuring quality control. Responsibilities include managing submissions, inspections, and variation orders, as well as addressing issues during the Defects Liability Period and supporting Design & Build projects.
