About the Role:
We re working with a leading main contractor on a landmark new build apartment development in the heart of Liverpool. This is a high-profile, multi-million-pound project that demands a skilled and experienced M&E Manager to oversee all mechanical and electrical packages from pre-construction through to handover.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone looking to secure a long-term role on a prestigious scheme with a forward-thinking business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all M&E works on site, ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are met.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of M&E packages.
• Oversee commissioning and handover processes.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design and regulatory standards.
• Report to the Project Director and contribute to strategic planning and risk management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an M&E Manager on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
• Strong technical knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-spec environment.
