As part of continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and driven M&E Manager/Coordinator to join their team.
The M&E Manager/Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the Mechanical & Electrical aspects of our construction projects from pre‑construction through to completion. The ideal candidate will be mechanically qualified, with proven experience across both mechanical and electrical disciplines. You will be a key liaison between the design team, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure M&E installations are delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety.
Proven experience in M&E management/co‑ordination roles in the construction industry.
Competent in both mechanical and electrical disciplines (mechanical bias preferred).
Strong understanding of M&E building regulations, British Standards, and Building Control processes.
Knowledge of M&E design principles, with the ability to interpret and review design drawings/specifications.
Experience working with pre‑construction teams to identify and resolve design gaps or ambiguities.
Practical knowledge of sustainable systems and decarbonisation strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organised, process driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Hands‑on site experience, able to engage with trades, monitor installation quality, and manage subcontractor interfaces.
Degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred).
Full UK Driving Licence.
