M&E Maintenance Engineer – Westminster – £45,000

Location: Westminster

Salary: £45,000 + Plenty of Overtime

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM – 5PM

PRS is currently looking for a Single Man Site Maintenance Engineer based at a Commercial Office in Westminster. The successful candidate will be electrically qualified (C&G / NVQ) with proven experience in commercial building maintenance. You will carry out M&E Planned and Reactive Maintenance on a single-site responsible for all landlord services. As the sole engineer on site, you should have hands-on experience with the following:

• Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, and lighting systems
• Maintenance tasks on toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks
• Knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems with fault-finding skills
• Lamp changes and emergency light testing

Requirements:

• City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation OR City and Guilds Mechanical Qualifications
• Experience in commercial building maintenance
• Proven track record in property maintenance
• Honest, hardworking, and reliable
