Are you an established Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge? Are you seeking a position in South West London covering 2 sites? An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in London has arisen!

PRS Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based across 2 Commercial Complexes in Fulham. The successful candidate will carry out all aspects of multi-skilled maintenance within this Commercial Building Environment. They should have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in Building Maintenance. This position is ideal for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer seeking progression. The company offers a competitive salary of up to £43,000 per annum, with potential for career advancement and management opportunities.

Duties:

• Responsibility for planned maintenance of all woodwork items, including locks, doors, and windows (excluding electronic locking systems)
• Maintenance, installation, and repair of electrical systems within the estate, in line with site requirements
• General reactive maintenance in line with the site's long-term goals
• Fault finding and ensuring satisfactory fault rectification to maintain site service levels
• Carrying out allocated planned maintenance and small repairs, and responding to service requests via the CAFM system
• General maintenance tasks and survey inspections, including confined spaces and at height
• Compliance with all Health and Safety policies, procedures, and legislation
• Acting as a competent person as per GFSL’s safe systems of work
• Handling incidental, emergency, or urgent tasks safely and within specified timescales
• Managing tool inventory and maintaining security standards within the work area

Requirements:

• Electrician qualified to C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
• Certificate in BS7671 – The Requirements for Electrical Installations, 17th or 18th Edition
• At least two years’ experience as an electrician
• Experience with commercial or industrial electrical systems is desirable
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
