M&E Maintenance Engineer – Farnborough– £40,000

Location: Farnborough

Salary: £40,000 +£1500 Bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM – 5PM

PRS is currently seeking an M&E Maintenance Engineer based at a prestigious site in Farnborough, Hampshire. The ideal candidate will be electrically qualified (C&G / NVQ) with experience in commercial building maintenance.

The role involves carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the onsite maintenance team. Candidates should have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in Building Maintenance. The package includes a salary of £40,000, a £1500 bonus, and plenty of overtime.

Duties:

• Carrying out daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
• Handling emergency callouts
• Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, and lighting systems
• Maintenance duties on toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks
• Demonstrating knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, generators, LV systems, with fault-finding capabilities
• Lamp changes and emergency light testing

Requirements:

• City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation OR City and Guilds Mechanical Qualifications
• Experience in commercial building maintenance
• Proven track record in property or commercial maintenance
• Honest, hardworking, and reliable
