Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer – West London – 43-48K & All Travel Paid

I am currently representing an excellent building service M&E contractor seeking an Electrical Bias Foot Mobile Engineer with experience in building services to work across prestigious buildings housing blue-chip clients in West Central London.

This role suits a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer from a building services background interested in joining a small, growing maintenance company that offers training and personal development. You will carry out PPM/reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• PPM and reactive maintenance across M&E services such as emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant, water treatment
• General building services tasks
• Serving landlord and tenant areas within large blue-chip company estates
• Working as part of a small maintenance team
• Client-facing duties
• Commercial building maintenance experience
• Electrical bias with 18th edition qualification
• Building services/facilities maintenance background

Salary & Benefits:

• £43,000 - £48,000 per annum + travel/Oyster card covering transportation costs
• Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
• Pension & healthcare plan
• Overtime at 1.5x during weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays
