Overview

M&E Supervisor - £51k - West London - Ealing and Brentford

A well respected FM company is recruiting an Electrically biased Supervisor to work at a University campus in West London. Reporting into a recently promoted Technical Services Manager and working alongside a mechanically biased Supervisor, you will manage a team of 8 multi-skilled engineers, that carry out reactive and planned maintenance across the sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload for a team of 8 multi-skilled engineers and oversee subcontractors on site
• Generate PPM schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of planned maintenance
• Coordinate responsive maintenance activities and liaise with clients to maintain service quality
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, with a predominantly hands-off, client-facing approach
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and industry standards
• Support and work alongside a mechanically biased Supervisor to deliver maintenance across sites
• Travel is involved: mainly based at Ealing with Brentford, and additional sites in Oxford and Reading; shuttle bus and/or fleet car available for site visits

Working hours & On‑call

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Call out 1 in 9. Overtime available at time and a half and double time.

Contract & Opportunities

Having held the contract for the last 10 years, they benefit from a strong working relationship with the client. Contract has been extended to Jan 2027 with expectations of a further extension.
