The Role: Our client is seeking a highly motivated M&E Design Manager to join their team based in Dartford. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the mechanical and electrical design process for construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop comprehensive design plans.
• Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Mentor and guide junior staff members in design and engineering best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in M&E design.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in M&E design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Professional certification (e.g., CEng, IEng) would be an advantage.
