Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee M&E design from feasibility to completion.
• Coordinate and review consultant and subcontractor designs.
• Provide technical input at tendering and pre-construction stages.
• Support project teams in resolving design challenges and ensuring compliance with regulations and client specifications.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Combined Building Services design.
• Knowledge of M&E systems integration and relevant regulations.
• Familiarity with BIM / digital engineering tools (desirable).
• Excellent communication skills with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Experience as a Design Manager or Senior M&E Design Engineer.
