We are hiring for our client, a leading contractor within the facilities management sector, who is looking for a M&E Contracts Manager to support the M&E Operations Manager in the delivery of key maintenance and improvement contracts. Based in Mallusk, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the service and delivery of MTC works and oversee key supply chain management, including sub-contractors, direct labour, and stores.

The Role:
Support the M&E Operations Manager in the effective delivery of maintenance and improvement contracts
Manage the coordination of self-delivered MTC works
• Oversee sub-contractors, direct labour, stores, and supply chain partners to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure consistent performance
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and contract specifications

The Person:
Strong experience in Facilities Management
Previous experience working on Housing Association contracts
Experience in managing heating maintenance contracts
Knowledge of M&E specialist systems is essential
Holder of a CSR Supervisor Card or NVQ equivalent
• Strong organisational and team management skills
