Building Careers UK is partnering with a well-established M&E contractor to appoint an experienced M&E Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across commercial, industrial and residential sectors. You will manage delivery from contract award to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and adherence to budgets and quality standards.

Experience in M&E contracting and strong communication skills are essential.

• Ability to manage clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Organised, proactive and able to handle multiple projects.
• Technically proficient with drawings, specifications and programmes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple M&E projects from start to finish.
• Take overall responsibility for delivery, programme and commercial performance.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Review contracts, specifications, drawings and documents.
• Monitor costs, budgets, variations and performance.
• Ensure delivery to programmes and deadlines.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and main contractors.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates.
• Support procurement to ensure materials and labour availability.
• Ensure works comply with health & safety, quality standards.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and delays.
• Assist with variations, valuations and final accounts.
• Ensure proper handover on completion.
