Position: M&E Contracts Manager – Kings Cross

Location: Kings Cross

Salary: £70,000

Hours: Days Monday to Friday

Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider in the UK. PRS is recruiting for a Contract Manager to oversee all hard services at a large commercial site in Kings Cross. The candidate should have a technical M&E background and experience in managing daily contract operations. The company offers a competitive salary, further training, and career progression.

The ideal candidate must be commercially competent, enthusiastic, flexible, and capable of creating a positive work environment. Responsibilities include ensuring delivery of hard services, managing contractors, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations and KPIs.

Key Duties:

  • Plan and approve work via CAFM system
  • Review specifications, contracts, and estimates
  • Liaise with clients and contractors, schedule maintenance
  • Manage orders and quotes
  • Ensure contract performance meets KPIs and regulations
  • Maintain adherence to company systems and procedures
  • Manage staff discipline and conduct
  • Monitor performance, hold performance reviews
  • Handle contract administration and client relations

Minimum Requirements:

  • City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 Electrical installation or equivalent
