Job Description
Negotiate and procure contracts in accordance with the organisation's procurement strategy, ensuring value for money is achieved.
Monitor budget expenditures, identifying any variances that could affect forecasting accuracy.
Ensure planned maintenance is scheduled correctly and executed in compliance with regulatory standards and contract agreements.
Assist in evaluating, developing, and leading projects to implement and approve appropriate remedial actions and solutions.
Support the delivery of service level agreements and key performance indicators, ensuring all targets are met.
Ensure buildings are fully compliant with mechanical and electrical regulations, as well as health and safety standards.
Ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and support continuous improvement efforts.
Provide exceptional customer satisfaction by effectively managing contractor and supplier relationships to meet service requirements.
Ensure security and CCTV installations comply with GDPR standards.
The Successful Applicant
NVQ Level 3 in a mechanical or electrical field
Experience in building management compliance
Supervisory/managerial experience of sub contractors
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
Understanding of legal requirements of mechanical or electrical health and safety
