Job summary

A leading construction company is looking for an M & E SMSTS / SSSTS Construction Project Manager for a long-term project in SW London. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience and relevant certifications, suitable for an electrically biased manager. This role involves managing critical public building projects, ensuring effective site planning and trade coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in project management.
• The role would suit an electrically biased manager.
• Must hold relevant CSCS, SMSTS, and SSSTS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Management of a tier 1 public building project.
• Coordination of tradesmen and site planning.
• Overall project coordination and follow-through.
