We are exclusively representing a highly regarded, family-owned MEP contractor in the appointment of a Senior Commercial Lead, joining the business at a particularly exciting stage in its development.

With the current incumbent moving into a more strategic role, this is an opportunity to do far more than simply inherit an existing commercial function.

The successful candidate will have the freedom to bring fresh thinking, influence how the function develops and play a significant part in the company's ambitious growth plans.

So, who are we looking for?

An accomplished commercial leader with a strong background in construction, ideally within M&E, who combines commercial expertise with the ability to inspire, develop and bring people along with them.

Someone equally comfortable contributing to commercial strategy at board level as they are sitting down with Quantity Surveyors to work through the complexities of a challenging project.

Above all, we're looking for someone who sees commercial leadership as being about more than numbers and contracts. Someone who understands people, builds strong relationships and wants to make a genuine difference to the business they represent.
