A leading construction company is seeking an M&E Cad Operator in Blackpool. Responsibilities include managing AutoCAD enhancements and producing detailed drawings. Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of AutoCAD software.

Job Responsibility AutoCAD • Managing and implementing enhancements to our Autocad system • Responsibility for producing all drawings from initial design to as built including prefabrication drawings. • Developing marked up layouts into working AutoCAD drawings to enable installation of service on site Administrative • Administrative support to our estimating and contracting teams to provide assistance in take offs/ordering materials/issuing information • To compile end of project documentation including record drawings and OMI’s for issue to clients. Skills/Qualifications • In depth knowledge of AutoCAD software • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office • Prior experience of working in a Building Services Environment • The successful candidate will be expected to undertake paid Continual Professional Development in order to enhance skills • A driving licence is essential. The successful candidate will have to undergo CRB Clearance
