Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking an experienced Events Bar Manager to lead our hotel’s bar operations for weddings, corporate events and large celebrations. You will drive service excellence, manage a team of up to 30 staff and oversee significant revenue across multiple bars.

This 45-hour-per-week role runs 12 or 3 pm start times, five days out of seven, with a focus on delivering outstanding hospitality in a dynamic events environment.

MEETING& EVENTS

The Meeting& Events department boasts 24 stylish event spaces capable of hostinggatherings of all sizes, from board meetings to large weddings and corporateevents. With over 120 team members, we serve up to 800 guests simultaneously.Our experienced team ensures seamless and successful events, from celebritygolf days to themed BBQs, creating memorable experiences for all attendees.

The baseannual rate for this role is £34,000.00 per annum, plus service charge.

About the role

Weare looking for an Events Bar Manager to oversee and manage our hotel’smultiple bar operations for events, ranging from weddings and corporatefunctions to large-scale celebrations. As the Events Bar Manager, you will beresponsible for ensuring thatour bars run smoothly and efficiently whiledelivering outstanding service to all our guests. You will manage a team of upto 30 staff as well as close to 2 million pounds of revenue

Thisrole is 45 hours per week, from 12 or 3 pm until close 5 days out of seven.

Key Responsibilities:
