Penguin Recruitment in London is seeking an experienced M&E Associate Engineer to take ownership of mechanical and electrical projects from concept through to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, contractors and the engineering team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role offers hybrid flexibility, significant project ownership and strong client-facing exposure, with salary £60,000–£70,000+ DOE and a path to progression within a growing consultancy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building services consultancy.
• Ability to manage projects and client relationships.
• Strong design leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&E projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical designs with stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and support delivery.
