M&E Assistant/Porter – Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue Hinckley Island, Hinckley, Leicestershire

As a Meetings and Events (M&E) Porter you’ll be a face of the hotel, bringing a warm and friendly personality to work every day. This is a busy, hands-on role within the M&E department; with great attention to detail you’ll be setting up, refreshing and clearing rooms to the high Leonardo standard. You’ll work as part of a vibrant team to ensure all guests have a first-class experience with us.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, refresh and clear rooms for meetings and events to the Leonardo standard.
  • Assist with event preparation and breakdown as part of a busy M&E team.
  • Greet organisers, ensure guests’ needs are met and work with others to achieve the department’s KPIs.
  • Think on your feet to meet clients’ needs; be self-motivated and comfortable working alone at times.
  • Work well in a team during large events.
