Leonardo Hotel Milton Keynes is seeking a proactive Meetings & Events Porter to help deliver high-standard events and guest experiences in a busy environment.

You’ll be the face of the hotel, greeting organisers, meeting guests’ needs, and supporting the M&E team with room setups and clearances. A hands-on role requiring attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a vibrant events team.

Qualificações

• Guest-facing role requiring friendliness and a can-do attitude.
• Strong communication to greet organisers and meet guest needs.
• Able to work well both in a team and independently during events.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, refresh and clear rooms to high Leonardo standards.
• Greet organisers and respond to guests’ needs during events.
• Work with the team to achieve event KPIs and ensure first-class guest experience.
