Job summary

TSA Limited is seeking M&E Asset Surveyors to join their North of England team. You will conduct condition surveys, verify assets, and work within a busy asset management environment for a global building services consultancy.

Experience in building services and CAFM is desirable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates should be able to log, tag, and create condition reports for a range of mechanical and electrical assets across public and private sector

Qualifications

• Experience in M&E asset surveys and condition reporting.
• Knowledge of asset registers and maintenance standards such as SFG20.
• Ability to work in a team and manage own workload.
• Good communication skills for field surveys and client liaison.

Responsibilities

• Carry out M&E condition surveys and log results for varied environments.
• Update asset registers and compile condition reports for mechanical and electrical assets.
• Support mobilisations of contracts and use CAFM systems for data capture.
