Job description

Job Description

Are you a recent graduate of an engineering course? Would you be interested in an exciting career in property? We are looking for individuals who have recently graduated from either a mechanical or electrical engineering course.

You would be involved in asset registers, asset verification, identifying the condition of plant, and conducting compliance audits. TSA is currently recruiting for an M&E Surveyor to work within the Newcastle area, as part of a wider team, for the internal function of a global building services consultancy.

The client is responsible for providing internal resources across a range of public and private sector projects in industries such as water, environment, infrastructure, resource management, and energy.

Due to significant growth in the asset management team’s portfolio, they are looking to recruit an individual to assist in delivering M&E Condition Surveys across various industries and environments.

The client seeks someone at a beginner level who can communicate effectively and is willing to learn to perform surveys as part of a team. The successful candidate will work as part of a team responsible for logging, tagging, and creating condition reports for all mechanical and electrical assets in different environments.

Ideal candidates will be qualified within the building services sector, either mechanically or electrically, and should be prepared to become self-sufficient and capable of managing their workload independently.

If you’re interested, please apply ASAP, as we are currently shortlisting for this role.
