TSA Surveying is currently partnering with a building services consultancy, which is looking to add several M&E surveyors to a role involving surveys of numerous residential blocks in and around London.

The project requires a collection and condition survey of the mechanical and electrical assets in non-residential areas of the sites, such as plant rooms and communal areas. The client seeks someone to start in late May, with the work expected to last approximately 2 years.

We are seeking qualified M&E Asset Surveyors or individuals with a background in MEP services, either from an FM provider, consultancy, or direct employment with a building owner. The role involves conducting room-by-room condition surveys, including verification and lifecycle assessments. All data will be collected using a tablet device with the consultant's proprietary in-house software.
