Job summary

TSA Surveying has been contracted to survey M&E assets across several commercial sites in Europe. The role involves room-by-room condition surveys, data capture on tablets, and lifecycle verification. Travel across France and other sites is required for an initial 5-week programme with a team of 6–8 M&E surveyors.

Candidates should hold a valid passport and be willing to drive throughout Europe. The role is outside of IR35 and data collection will be via asset capture software on a tablet device.

Qualifications

• Qualified M&E Asset Surveyors or background in MEP services.
• Experience conducting room-by-room condition surveys.
• Experience with verification and lifecycle planning.

Job description

TSA Surveying have recently been instructed to recruit several M&E asset surveyors to commence a large European survey programme comprising of several commercial sites. The survey programme is due to start imminently and will run for an estimated 5 weeks, comprised of various sites in France.

We are looking to build a team of around 6–8 M&E qualified individuals in total. We are looking for qualified M&E Asset Surveyors, or an individual with a prior background within MEP services, either for an FM provider, consultancy, or direct for a building owner, to carry out a room–by–room condition survey, including verification and lifecycle. All data will be collected on a tablet device utilising asset capture software.

Candidates must hold a valid passport and be willing to drive throughout Europe.

The role is outside of IR35.
