Job summary

TSA Limited is seeking an experienced M&E Asset Surveyor / Building Services Engineer to join our North England team. The role involves logging, tagging and generating condition reports for a range of mechanical and electrical assets across diverse environments, working within a respected global consultancy.

The ideal candidate will have building services knowledge, be able to perform surveys, and understand asset registers and CAFM systems, with a proactive approach to workload management.

Qualifications

• Qualified and proficient with a good knowledge of building services engineering.
• Able to perform surveys as part of a team.
• Awareness of asset registers, contract mobilisations, CAFM systems and SFG20.

Responsibilities

• Log, tag and create condition reports for mechanical and electrical assets.
• Contribute to asset surveys across multiple environments.
• Work within a North England team for a global consultancy.
