Job Opportunity: M&E Asset Surveyor

TSA Surveying is partnering with a large Facilities Management organization to recruit several M&E Surveyors for a project on a major transport estate.

The project involves conducting collection and condition surveys of mechanical and electrical assets across various sites in the Southwest. The role is expected to commence in late May and will last approximately 6 months or longer.

We seek qualified M&E Asset Surveyors or individuals with a background in MEP services, whether from an FM provider, consultancy, or directly for a building owner. Responsibilities include performing room-by-room condition surveys, verification, and lifecycle assessments. Data collection will be carried out using tablets with proprietary in-house software.
