Are you a recent graduate of an engineering course? Would you be interested in an exciting career in property?

We are looking for individuals who have recently graduated from either a mechanical or electrical engineering course. You will be involved in asset registers, asset verification, identifying the condition of plant, and conducting compliance audits.

TSA is currently recruiting for an M&E Surveyor to work within the Birmingham area as part of a wider national team for a global building services consultancy. The client is responsible for providing internal resources across various projects in public and private sectors, including water, environment, infrastructure, resource management, and energy.

Due to growth in the asset management team's portfolio, we seek an individual to assist in delivering M&E Condition Surveys across various industries and environments. The role is suitable for a beginner level candidate who can communicate effectively, learn to perform surveys as part of a team, and is prepared to become self-sufficient and manage their workload.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team responsible for logging, tagging, and creating condition reports for mechanical and electrical assets in diverse environments.

Ideal candidates will be qualified in the building services sector, either mechanically or electrically, and willing to develop independence in managing their tasks.
