Job summary

Turner & Townsend in London’s West End seeks an experienced Associate/Senior Engineer to deliver M&E asset engineering across commercial real estate. You will conduct technical due diligence, dilapidations, and condition surveys, while managing client relationships and multi-disciplinary teams.

You will work on defect diagnosis, PPM schedules, and lifecycle costing, with travel within the UK as needed. Strong communication and proactive, client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Essential Experienced Asset Engineering Engineer (Building Services) with asset management skills
• Qualified to at least HNC/HND level
• Desirable Mechanical or Building Services degree or equivalent; Chartered status desirable

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional building services engineering instructions within the Building Consultancy team
• Take responsibility for management of client and project teams
• Prepare surveys and reports from inception to completion with minimal supervision
• Conduct technical due diligence reviews and dilapidations for landlords and tenants
• Provide sustainability advice and decarbonisation strategy
• Prepare performance specifications and manage tender processes and contract administration
• Travel within the UK to support wider teams
