Job description

M&E Cad technician is required for a M&E Building Services consultancy based in Birmingham. The Companies main scope of work is Commercial Fit Out, health, education, defence and New Build Residential. These projects can range in values from GBP500k - GBP5m. The Company have been trading for 30 + years plus, and are now at an exciting time of their evoloution. You will be an experienced M&E Cad technician who is knowledgeable in either Mechanical or Electrical, and looking to progress your career.

Your Duties will be

• Coordination of M&E services
• Working drawings
• 2d / 3d Drawings
• Records Drawings
• CAD modelling
• Use of Autocad
• Liaison with various disciplines to produce fully co-ordinated drawings
• Working with consultants and subcontractors
• Must have minimum 3 -5 years' experience working in a similar role
• Carrying out design, validating and MEP installations
• Able to work with a small team
• Working on multiple MEP projects from start through to completion/ handover

The company are looking for a candidate who has previously worked in Building Services and can hit the ground running, and will offer you training in Revit.
