We're currently recruiting a dedicated M&S Bakery Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in a major High Street brand on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and managing efficient opening and closing of the in-store bakery.
• Ensuring Packet Perfect standards are delivered throughout service.
• Completing planogram implementation and correct ticketing.
• Maintaining cleanliness and completing due diligence, addressing gaps or errors promptly.
• Managing stock deliveries and maintaining accurate stock controls as agreed with the store manager, ensuring proper disposal of rubbish.
• Ensuring disposables and consumables are stocked and available, notifying your manager of discrepancies or delivery issues.
