About the role

• Specialist team within the M&A Deals team
• Provides support to large businesses & their management teams
• Focus on large private equity & corporate deals
• Support on due diligence, restructuring & post-deal advice

What do you need to succeed?

• Ability to operate effectively under pressure
• Commercial thinking and action
• Solid UK Corporate Tax experience
• Consistently exceed client expectations
• Ability to soak up and share knowledge while retaining a creative and innovative mindset
• Thrive in challenging circumstances and against headstrong stakeholders
• Ideally CTA and/or ACA qualified
• Experience in deal-based tax projects
