This role involves being a pivotal part of M&A Tax projects, providing tax due diligence, structuring advice, and developing junior talent within the firm. Ideal candidates will hold CTA or ACA qualifications and have experience at the Assistant Manager or Manager level, making a significant contribution to the Transactions Tax offering.

Qualifications

• Strong experience operating at Assistant Manager or Manager level in Transactional Taxes.
• Specialist capacity or as a Corporate Tax professional.
