Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Transaction Advisory Manager to lead strategy engagements for corporate and Private Equity clients in London. You will drive deal lifecycle activities from target screening through due diligence, integration and divestitures, collaborating with multinational teams across Europe, Asia and North America.

You will develop business cases, manage senior client relationships, and contribute to business development with proactive leadership and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in top-tier or boutique firm or in-house strategy/BD.
• Experience across M&A lifecycle (due diligence, integration, carve-outs).
• Strong leadership and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy engagements and client-facing projects.
• Develop business cases and assess opportunities and investment cases.
• Present findings to C-suite clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor teams and contribute to training and knowledge assets.
