With over 7 years of M&A experience and strong communication skills, you will develop relationships and drive transactions from sourcing to closing. This is a full-time, regular position with a preference for candidates based in Latin America or Canada.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who can thrive with minimal oversight. The role will entail leading M&A transactions during their entire cycle: from sourcing potential targets to signing NDAs, requesting information, performing valuations, issuing indicative offers, signing letters of intent, performing due diligence, and negotiating contracts to sign and close deals.
