Job summary

Gambit Search in Manchester is seeking an experienced M&A Manager to strengthen a busy mid-market advisory team. You'll own key elements of execution across buy-side and sell-side transactions, working closely with senior team members, shareholders and investors.

You will build and review financial models, prepare information memorandums and marketing materials, and contribute to pitches and business development.

Qualifications

• Strong M&A / Corporate Finance experience.
• Experience operating at Manager or experienced Assistant Manager level.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Confident managing transactions and client relationships.
• ACA / ACCA / CA qualified or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.
• Take responsibility across the transaction lifecycle from origination through to completion.
• Build and review financial models and valuation analysis.

I’m currently working with one of the busiest and fastest-growing accountancy firms in the market, who are looking to add an M&A Manager to their Manchester team.

The firm has built a strong M&A practice with a consistent pipeline of mid-market transactions. The Role

You will work across a range of mid-market M&A transactions, taking responsibility for key elements of execution and working closely with senior team members, shareholders and investors.
