Basic Remuneration Range: £164,000 - £225,000, plus bonus up to 12% of Basic

About the Role

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a qualified M&A Associate admitted in England & Wales with 1-4 years’ PQE.

Responsibilities:
  1. Handle a diverse range of M&A transactions, joint ventures, and private equity deals.
  2. Manage complex multi-jurisdictional issues and cross-border transactions.
  3. Act as lead associate, working closely with partners and counsel.
  4. Demonstrate commitment, enthusiasm, and adaptability.
  5. Engage with clients and demonstrate commercial acumen.
  6. Thrive in a collaborative and collegial environment.
  7. Supervise and mentor junior colleagues, especially for candidates with higher experience levels.
Requirements:
  1. Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
  2. Strong M&A experience gained within a top-tier international law firm.
  3. Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
  4. Commercially minded with excellent client-facing skills.
