Job summary

Fluent Software invites motivated students and graduates to join its internship program in M&A. You will source software investment opportunities, support deal execution with financial modelling and analysis, and engage in business development across Europe.

The role offers exposure to a fast-growing fintech/software investment environment, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and international travel opportunities including onboarding in Montreal.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program or a recent graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with company valuation methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in software and investment sectors.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Origination of investment opportunities (60%): source and identify software investment opportunities; build investment pipeline.

• Independently source and identify potential software investment opportunities.

• Travel to meet and engage with businesses across Europe.
