Job summary

Valsoft Corporation offers an M&A Internship for students and recent graduates in Finance, Business, Economics or related fields. You will source investment opportunities, perform financial analyses, and support deal execution while traveling across Europe.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program or a recent graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Company valuation methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
An eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
Strong passion for the software and investment sectors.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Responsibilities

Origination of investment opportunities (60%): Independently source and identify potential software investment opportunities.
Deal execution support (20%): Perform financial modelling and commercial due diligence.
Business development (20%): Travel to meet and engage with businesses across Europe and build relationships.
