Angove Partners is seeking an M&A Claims Associate in London. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with all facets of the M&A insurance industry while working within a leading international insurance broker.

Candidates should possess a law degree and have experience in corporate/M&A, disputes, or insurance. The successful individual will demonstrate strong analytical and drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in law required.
• Experience in corporate/M&A, disputes, or insurance preferred.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills necessary.
• High attention to detail and organisation skills needed.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing claims under W&I and tax insurance policies.
• Review transaction documents including SPAs and policy wordings.
• Analyse legal and factual issues relating to claims.
• Liaise with insurers, brokers, clients, and external counsel.
• Support negotiation and resolution of claims.
• Track claims progress and prepare internal/external reports.
